After experiencing homelessness as a teen and navigating life as a first-generation college student, she committed her life to helping others gain the financial knowledge and mentorship she once had to learn on her own. Today, she helps youth, women, and entrepreneurs build strong financial foundations, grow thriving businesses, and step fully into their leadership.

With over two decades of experience in finance, business, and community development, Lamekia leads Lamekia Davis Global and the Heyy Girl Foundation, providing financial literacy education, coaching, speaking, and youth mentorship programs that transform families and communities. Her work has earned regional and national recognition and has been featured in major media outlets, but her greatest success is seeing lives change through practical strategy and faith-centered guidance.
